When you browse

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or account registration. Fonts and visual assets are served with the site. The interactive example uses fictional data and runs in your browser; your searches and filters are not sent to us.

Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical information, such as IP addresses, request times and browser details, to deliver and secure it. The enquiry form uses a hidden spam-check field and short-lived rate limits. We do not put the contents of your enquiry in website application logs or browser storage.

When you get in touch

The enquiry form sends your name, email address, optional company name and project brief to our business inbox through Cloudflare. Nothing is sent until you select “Send enquiry”. We use your email address to reply. You can also contact us directly using the email and webmail links.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess a potential project and manage any work you commission. Please only send information needed for the enquiry, and avoid sensitive personal information.

How we use and keep information

We process project enquiries to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform an agreed contract, and for our legitimate interests in managing business correspondence. Where a legal obligation applies, relevant records may need to be retained.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, the working relationship, and applicable record-keeping requirements. Email and hosting providers, including Google Workspace and Cloudflare, process information on our behalf to deliver and store correspondence. The form does not create a separate customer account or contact database. We do not sell enquiry information.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or request its deletion or restriction where applicable. You may also have rights to object or to data portability, depending on the processing involved. Contact us using the email address above.

You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
